Great to meet you!

I've been working for many years with people who have had trauma and/or are dealing with mental health issues. I am reliable, experienced, non-judgemental, creative in my approaches, and (probably most importantly): my clients "get better".

My approach to therapy

I am client centered, which means that you are "in charge" of your own therapy; we go at your pace and I carefully monitor my interventions to match where you are at. I am also trained in several modalities designed to address symptoms of trauma, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and depression, to name a few.

What you can expect from me

You will laugh at least once. We are often dealing with "heavy" subjects and topics in therapy, and I work with treatment plans that carefully outline your goals for treatment, but I never lose sight of how important it is for people to feel comfortable and relaxed in this process.
