I use integrative mental health care, combining conventional and complementary psychiatric treatments. You will receive help based on your goals as I tailor treatments to your individual and unique needs while considering your mind, body, and spirit. I emphasize self-awareness, nutrition, exercise, stress management, social and spiritual support using evidence-based therapies like mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and many others to enhance your mental health and well-being.
