Great to meet you!

I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner serving Ohioans through telehealth, and the most important thing to know about me is that I don't judge people — full stop. Whether you're dealing with depression, a mood disorder, or substance use, I've likely heard something similar, and even if I haven't, I'm not here to rank your pain or your choices. So many of my clients come in feeling helpless, unimportant, or like their struggles aren't big enough to deserve help. I want you to know that whatever you're carrying, you belong here.

My approach to therapy

My approach is built on active listening and creating a space where you genuinely feel safe — not rushed, not reduced to a checklist, just heard. I believe that until a person is healed mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, their physical well-being has a hard time catching up, and that belief shapes how I show up in every session. We work together at your pace, and I stay focused on understanding what's really going on in your life so that any treatment we pursue actually fits you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to talk and to be listened to — really listened to. I'm not going to rush you through a symptom checklist or make you feel like you need to have everything figured out before we meet. My goal for that first visit is simply to understand what you're going through, where you've been, and what feeling better looks like for you. You'll leave with a sense that this is a place where you can be honest, and we'll start building from there together.
