I am here to help you find your way and transform your life. In our work together we will learn causal factors of the addiction, strategies for sobriety, and build the foundation for a much better future. My Recovery-based humanistic approach allows clients to feel safe and willing to explore and address their need/desire to take action with their own recovery. I partner with clients to uncover their core issues, identify their triggers, develop tools/coping strategies and Relapse Prevention.

I incorporate Trauma Informed-Care, Motivational Interviewing, and Mind-Body Medicine as we work on their unique Recovery Journey. For over 19 years, I have received positive feedback from a wide range of clients stating our work together has allowed them to help rebuild their lives--in a safe, genuine, nonjudgemntal process
