Great to meet you!

I understand that seeking support is the first big step toward making positive changes in your life. Together we can continue to take the next steps toward reaching your goals.

In therapy, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore current challenges, reflect on past experiences, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in evidence‐based, scientifically supported treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic theory. Together, we will explore how past childhood experiences and early relationships may have shaped personality development, core beliefs, and patterns of relating to others. By examining how these influences impact the way you view the world, form relationships, and make decisions, we can identify underlying psychological forces that drive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through this collaborative process, we work to bring awareness to deep‐seated conflicts and recurring patterns that may be contributing to distress in adulthood, supporting lasting insight, emotional growth, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Life can be unpredictable and challenging at times, but with the proper support you will be able to cope with these challenges and overcome the obstacles in your path.
