Great to meet you!

I am a graduate of The University of Texas and Lamar University. I have 25+ years experience working with children and families in education, social work and counseling. I have 6 years of experience in private practice. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused and Play Therapy. I am open-minded, non-judgemental, and offer a safe, confidential space where you can start the process to realize your best life! Choosing a therapist that is a good fit is important.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will do an "intake" or getting-to-know-you appointment. We will review paperwork, discuss logistics, and talk about your history and current challenges. It is a collaborative, pressure-free conversation focused on me understanding your needs.
