Great to meet you!

I can’t think of anything more rewarding than helping people feel and get better. I graduated from the New School for Social Research and have practiced with all types of client problems. I welcome each new interaction as a chance to help someone discover who they really were meant to be and how to have a life worth living. I am well-versed in problems of anxiety, depression, and sources of trauma and its relief. I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

I am a good listener and will give you a lot of unconditional support while suggesting ways to solve the problem you’ve come into therapy for. I am kind, gentle, yet persistent in working through the rough or blind spots that are keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

The goal is to help you resolve the issues you are coming to therapy for and feel competent to handle them on your own when you no longer need therapy.
