Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed therapist for over 20 years with advanced training in fertility counseling-including the use of 3rd party reproductive support, perinatal & postpartum mental health & child parent psychotherapy. My passion for supporting families started in working with families with young children and has evolved to focusing on parental wellness and for those struggling to become a parent. I am supportive of all family constellations and the LGBTQ community.

I also work with non parent individuals looking to strengthen their mental health around anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

I provide empathic and collaborative care that supports and guides clients through the questions, challenges and goals that have brought them to seek support. My clients present with symptoms of overwhelm, fatigue, feeling on edge, insomnia, questioning of self, loss of joy or connection to others. I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches including attachment based, psychodynamic, behavioral and somatic therapies to tailor my approach to work with a client's strengths and their unique needs.

What you can expect from me

By providing a supportive space to hear your experience and concerns, I help you look at what symptoms are challenging now. These can include feeling on edge, a sense of overwhelm, insomnia, questioning of self, loss of joy or connection to others and fatigue. We identify how patterns of thinking, early relationships and experiences may be influencing your manner of thinking and being. I can help you identify new strategies and skills to address your needs and meet your goals for therapy. I am supportive of all family constellations and the LGBTQ community.
