Great to meet you!

I have a broad range of therapeutic experience. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, grief, gender and adoption.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, my work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In other words, we partner together to examine feelings, thoughts, and behaviors and how they affect each other. We will do this as a team initially, with the goal that you’ll develop the skills to examine these three things independently, thus leading to symptom/concern resolution.

What you can expect from our first session

I enjoy the personal relationship that a therapist and client have, but also have witnessed great results when significant others are included.
