Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Lisa, glad you are here! I help adults who are exhausted from holding everything together - work, family, expectations - and feel anxious, burned out, or stuck. My approach is practical, compassionate, and focused on helping you feel more grounded & clearer. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I enjoy helping others learn, build insight, and develop the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, solution-focused, and grounded in compassion. I tailor my work to each client’s unique needs & goals, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and behavior management techniques. I focus on helping clients build insight, identify their strengths, and develop practical strategies to create lasting positive change!

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we begin getting to know each other. I will ask questions to better understand your background, current concerns, & goals for therapy. Together, we will begin to identify what you would like to work on and discuss what approaches may be most helpful for you. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and confident that we are taking the first steps toward meaningful change!
