Great to meet you!

In times of uncertainty, it can be hard to see a way back to the things that once brought you peace. With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my goal is to provide a ray of hope and light to help you find your joy and happiness again. It is a profound privilege to partner with you and serve on your team to help establish a secure, empowering foundation for your well-being. I specialize in supporting adults and seniors through the weight of anxiety, depression, grief, family issues, and the unique burnout that comes with high-stress roles. If you are struggling with compassion fatigue with work or home life, feeling that empathy waning, or just facing the increase of daily stressors and anxieties, I would be honored to help you navigate this season. You are not alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, warm, and entirely centered on your personal journey. I utilize a blend of evidence-based methods—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused strategies, and mindfulness-based techniques—to help you navigate the hurdles in front of you. I hope that my clients will be able to positively grow while working together by identifying the core issues behind their stress and building the tools needed to reclaim their happiness.

We will focus on finding practical ways to manage daily anxieties and improve the relationship dynamics that may be adding to your burden. By maintaining a person-centered and strength-based perspective, I ensure that our work is always tailored to what you need in the moment. Clients should expect to feel heard and supported throughout our time together as we collaboratively create a roadmap for your health and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for help takes courage, and my priority is to create a safe, down-to-earth refuge where you can step away from daily stress right from the start. Your first telehealth session is a low-pressure opportunity for us to connect and for you to start feeling supported from the very beginning. We will talk about what specifically brought you into therapy, gently exploring your history and symptoms at a natural, comfortable pace without any expectation of having all the answers. My goal is for you to leave our first hour with a sense of relief and a collaborative roadmap for your health and fulfillment. Furthermore, for healthcare workers or busy professionals struggling to find times or dates due to your schedule, I offer evening and weekend time slots to ensure your care fits seamlessly into your life.
