Great to meet you!

During my early work as a Social Worker in 2013, I have witnessed the pain of suffering and the strength that can come after the healing. These moments inspired me to continue my education and shift my work from Child Protection Services into the field of therapy. I felt a deep calling to support individuals and families on a more personal and meaningful level.

As a therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in working with children, teens, and families facing trauma, grief, and significant life transitions. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space—one where you or your loved one can feel truly seen, heard, and valued. Healing takes time, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I'm here to help you take those steps forward.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in being client-centered and collaborative—I meet you where you are, and together we work toward meaningful change and improved mental well-being. I draw from a range of evidence-based methods, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Talk Therapy, adapting each approach to fit your unique needs and goals.

Whether I’m helping a child process their emotions through play, supporting a teen in developing healthy coping strategies, or guiding a family through the complexities of trauma and grief, my focus is always on building a safe and trusting relationship. Your story matters, and I’m here to support you as you move toward healing, growth, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions together, you can expect to find a space that feels a bit like an emotional exhale—a place where you can set down the weight you’ve been carrying and just be yourself. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel safe, seen, and heard, no matter what you’re going through.

Over time, you may begin to notice shifts: more clarity in your thoughts, a deeper understanding of your emotions, and new tools to navigate life’s challenges. Whether we’re working through anxiety, grief, family stress, or something else entirely, you’ll gain practical strategies to help you cope, communicate, and grow.

You won’t be on this journey alone. We’ll walk it together—at your pace—with compassion, curiosity, and care. My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little more grounded, a little more hopeful, and a little more connected to your inner strength.
