I have 27 years of experience as a therapist working with diverse populations both inpatient and outpatient. I work with both children and adults. I am honored to listen to people's stories and guide them to a deeper understanding of who they are, what they need and how to get there.
I use an attachment approach to restore emotional safety and strength which enables people to find a new positive perspective filled with hope and endless possibilities.
In our first session people will experience being heard and understood. They will identify some specific goals, gain hope, and a path to attain those goals. The human experience is one filled with joy and pain, it is an honor to be invited into those hard parts of the journey to walk beside you and guide you to a place of peaceful contentment.
