Great to meet you!

I provide a safe environment for clients to be heard without judgement. I assist clients in recognizing patterns and beliefs which may be causing them to be "stuck", and assist them in being able to move forward in a positive trajectory.

My education includes: Music Therapy, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Currently I am serving adult populations, and I have experience in adult ADHD, and well as phase of life issues.

My approach to therapy

The purpose of therapy is to change behavior and challenge ways of thinking which may be holding a client back. I aim to stimulate the client's self awareness, expose the client's belief system, and challenge irrational thinking.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a restructured or refocused thought pattern, which may change their perspective, and therefore reduce anxieties caused by previous negative thinking.
