My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I draw from trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems-informed work, somatic approaches, narrative therapy, DBT, and other evidence-based practices. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we may explore the experiences, patterns, relationships, and protective parts that have shaped how you move through the world.
I have a particular interest in working with complex trauma and helping clients better understand their nervous systems, reconnect with their authentic selves, and develop greater self-compassion. I also strive to provide neurodivergent-affirming care that respects each person’s unique way of thinking, feeling, communicating, and experiencing the world.
