Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted—not judged or pressured to be someone you are not. I work with adolescents and adults who may be navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, neurodivergence, or a sense of feeling disconnected from themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I draw from trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems-informed work, somatic approaches, narrative therapy, DBT, and other evidence-based practices. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we may explore the experiences, patterns, relationships, and protective parts that have shaped how you move through the world.

I have a particular interest in working with complex trauma and helping clients better understand their nervous systems, reconnect with their authentic selves, and develop greater self-compassion. I also strive to provide neurodivergent-affirming care that respects each person’s unique way of thinking, feeling, communicating, and experiencing the world.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me can be reflective and meaningful, but there is also room for humor, creativity, curiosity, and simply being human. We will work together at a pace that feels manageable, building on your strengths while creating space for healing and lasting change.
