Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. I believe that healing happens through a connection of mind, body and spirit. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to create meaningful change. Drawing from a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, I help clients identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck while building practical tools for growth and resilience. I believe in the strength of the human spirit and having the ability to reframe core belief's. Whether you are navigating a difficult season or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I would be honored to support you on your journey.

My experience includes mental health treatment, substance use treatment, eating disorder treatment, intensive family therapy, and grief work. I view each person within the context of their relationships, environment, and life experiences, and tailor treatment to meet their unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I love helping my clients learn new skills and rediscover parts of themselves that may have become lost. I believe that therapy is a gift that we give ourselves and can be life changing.

What you can expect from me

The first therapy session is designed to build a strong therapeutic relationship and create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your current concerns, and identify your personal strengths and resilience.

We will also begin to clarify your goals for therapy, assess where you are in your healing journey, and develop a collaborative plan that reflects your unique needs and values. My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and holistic, recognizing that healing involves the mind, body, and emotions. By understanding both your challenges and your existing strengths, we can work together to create meaningful and lasting change.
