Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm passionate about helping others find healing and wholeness. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, find healing from the past, and live a rich and meaningful life. I get how scary and lonely life can seem and would be honored to help you on your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and poor self-confidence. I have specialized experience treating trauma and substance abuse, and as a Certified DBT Therapist, I specialize in treating Borderline Personality. I utilize evidence-based practices (techniques proven to be effective) including DBT, ACT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I believe that one of the most underrated experiences is loss, including the end of significant relationships.

What you can expect from me

I'm an active therapist and tend towards a more direct approach- I try to be real with you and welcome you being real with me. Sessions involve a combination of processing events, thoughts and feelings, developing new and better views of yourself and the world, and experiential skills to help you navigate life more effectively.
