Great to meet you!

Congratulations on taking the first step toward caring for your mental health and well-being. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I’m honored to be part of that journey. My name is Lisa, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience. I hold both a bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. My practice centers on supporting children and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, cancer, complex medical conditions, and life’s many challenges. I provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is to meet you where you are, build on your strengths, and help you create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and solution-focused. I strive to create a safe, trusting, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we'll build on your existing strengths while exploring meaningful insights and developing practical tools for lasting change.

I tailor treatment to your unique needs, integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, insight-oriented therapy, and, when appropriate, Sandtray and Play Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you, understand your concerns, and explore the goals you’d like to achieve. I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace, ask questions, and feel confident about next steps. Together, we’ll begin building a personalized plan so you leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful.
