Great to meet you!

If talk therapy isn't enough, it might be time for a biological perspective. As a double-board-certified PMHNP and Nurse-Midwife, I offer a grounded approach to diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, and depression.

Experience straightforward care that values your wellness. I offer an Introductory Call and specialize in women's mental health issues including PMDD, postpartum depression, and perimenopausal mental health.

My approach to therapy

My intakes are comprehensive 45-minute evaluations that include a thorough review of your medical, family, and developmental history as well as a detailed psychiatric medication history. We will then develop a treatment plan that works for your individual lifestyle and may include medication, nutrition, supplement recommendations, and mindfulness, creativity, and/or spirituality (per your preferences). While we will "manage symptoms"; we will also stabilize the underlying system.
