Great to meet you!

With over 19 years of experience, I believe deeply in each person’s ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. I see you as more than your challenges—I value your unique story, experiences, and strengths.

I understand that life’s transitions can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward greater balance and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we’ll identify patterns of thinking that may be contributing to stress or anxiety and explore how they impact your emotions.

I work with you to gently challenge unhelpful thoughts and develop more balanced, realistic perspectives, so you can respond to life’s challenges in healthier, more effective ways.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive conversation where I’ll get to know you—your experiences, how you’ve been coping, and what’s been feeling most challenging lately. We’ll also talk about what you’re hoping to gain from therapy and any goals you have moving forward.

Starting therapy can sometimes bring up emotions or memories you may not have had space to explore before—and that’s completely okay. Whether things come out over time or all at once, you’ll be met with empathy, respect, and genuine support every step of the way.
