Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping people heal, grow, and navigate life’s toughest moments. I specialize in crisis intervention, trauma counseling, and cognitive processing therapy, and I’ve worked with many different communities in both medical and forensic settings. As an ordained chaplain, I can also offer faith-based counseling for those who want to include their spiritual beliefs in therapy. I bring warmth, energy, and compassion into every session, creating a safe and supportive space for my clients. My goal is to help each person find hope, build resilience, and feel empowered in their journey.

My approach to therapy

I create a safe, welcoming space where you can be fully yourself—free of judgment and full of support. My style is direct but caring, helping you face challenges with honesty while feeling truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll focus on building your hope, strength, and resilience, and I’ll guide you toward meaningful growth in ways that feel natural and comfortable. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling lighter, stronger, and more empowered to navigate life.

What you can expect from me
