Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful personal growth. I have experience providing behavioral therapy for children, as well as individual therapy for both children and adults, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. I strive to empower clients with practical tools and insight to build resilience, improve well-being, and lead more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns while developing healthier ways of thinking and coping. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard and understood, using reflective listening and intentional wait time to give space for deeper exploration. I focus on processing experiences and openly discussing thoughts and emotions, guiding clients toward greater self-awareness and insight. My style is client-centered and adaptable, allowing me to meet each individual where they are while supporting meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can begin to feel comfortable sharing their story. During this time, I focus on getting to know the client, discussing their concerns, and determining their goals for therapy, including what they hope to achieve and how long they would like to engage in the process. We will also talk about any past experiences with therapy and what has or hasn’t worked for them. Together, we begin to outline a plan that feels realistic and meaningful, setting the foundation for a collaborative and goal-oriented therapeutic journey.
