Great to meet you!

I have over 3 decades of experience working in the fields of mental health and social work. I work with youth, adults, and couples who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, relationship issues, and school refusal.

I have spent my career learning and translating theories into practice with individuals, families, couples, and groups. For the last few years, I've gained deeper knowledge working with trauma, anxiety, couples, and the LGBTQIA+ population.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered and trauma- informed. I utilize evidence-based and eclectic models when working with clients. I apply a combination of EMDR for trauma, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI) with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can be who you are. Through trust and courage, my goal is to walk you, openly and honestly, through the therapy process.
