Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) with advanced training in trauma-informed care, evidence-based psychotherapy, and creative integration. My background includes extensive work in mental health and substance use treatment, as well as clinical supervision and program development.

In addition to my clinical work, I am the founder of Hollowell Co. and creator of Root.Veil, a line of sensory-based tools designed to support grounding, ritual, and intentional daily practices. This work reflects my belief that healing extends beyond the therapy session and into the environments and rhythms of everyday life.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, clients receive compassionate guidance, practical tools, and a clear understanding of the therapeutic process. Sessions focus on strengthening emotional regulation, deepening self-awareness, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.

I integrate evidence-based approaches—including CBT, EMDR, IFS, and DBT—while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. My work also emphasizes somatic awareness, breathwork, and sensory-based interventions to help clients understand how stress and trauma are held in the body and how to effectively regulate their nervous system.

Psychoeducation is woven throughout our work so clients gain insight into their symptoms, patterns, and the therapeutic models supporting their progress. I also bring a harm-reduction–informed perspective and offer space for open, nonjudgmental conversations around mental health, coping strategies, and evolving approaches to healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a grounded, collaborative first session focused on understanding their current concerns, personal history, and goals for therapy. I work to create a space that feels both supportive and structured, where clients can begin to feel more at ease while also gaining clarity about next steps.

Many clients leave the first session with practical tools, initial insights into their patterns, and a clearer sense of how therapy can support them. We often begin introducing strategies for emotional regulation, including breathwork, somatic awareness, and other techniques that can be applied immediately in daily life.

Over time, clients commonly experience increased stability, improved relationships, and a stronger sense of direction and confidence in decision-making. The goal is not only symptom reduction, but lasting change, resilience, and a more connected relationship with oneself.
