Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, combining evidence-based therapy with genuine curiosity about each person’s unique story. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel truly heard while gaining practical tools, greater understanding, and confidence in moving toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My style is warm, curious, and collaborative, with room for humor and creativity as we explore what is happening in your life and what you would like to change. Together, we’ll look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck and find practical, sometimes creative ways to approach challenges, build new skills, and see possibilities that may have been difficult to recognize before. I’ll meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change. You can share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to tell your whole story at once. Together, we’ll decide what feels most important and begin creating goals that are meaningful and realistic for you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, comfortable, and confident that we have a direction forward.
