Great to meet you!

Life can feel like a terrifying deep end, and if you're just treading water to survive, know that you don't have to go it alone. I'm throwing you a lifeline. I've been in your shoes, navigating tough currents many times. That's why I welcome my clients with a warm, open heart and genuine empathy. We're all human, and sometimes that calls for a well-placed curse word to break the ice! Together, we'll design a therapy approach that's uniquely yours, finding techniques that truly resonate and give you the strength to manage what feels overwhelming. My goal is simple: to create a safe space for you to move from surviving to thriving.

Unlock your true potential and break through the limitations holding you back. I offer compassionate care built on evidence-based techniques and a Person-Centered Approach. You'll find a supportive, empathetic space where I offer a gentle nudge to encourage the self-reflection needed for deep, lasting healing.

Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. My approach is calm, supportive, humorous and tailored to move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you uncover deeper insight, I won’t sit across from you asking cliché questions like, “How does that make you feel?” when your emotions and body language already communicate so much.

My approach to therapy

I offer a relaxed approach to put my clients at ease because therapy shouldn't feel intimidating. Together, in the safe space I create, we are simply two humans—one helping the other navigate their journey by having a conversation with a purpose. Though my approach is relaxed, I may challenge you at times to help you reach your personal goals and grow in your journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, validated, encouraged and understood. I offer real- life coping skills and help my clients find what works for them. Therapy is not a one size fits all situation. Each client is unique and I tailor the therapeutic process in a way that best resonates with each unique client.
