Great to meet you!

My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on real progress. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck and build tools you can use in everyday life—not just in session. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive thinking, codependency, and self-esteem, and I’m trained in CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT.

My approach to therapy

I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged. When you feel supported enough to explore what’s beneath the surface, lasting change becomes possible. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, confident, and like yourself again, I’d be glad to connect.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we'll do a deep dive into both what you're struggling with now, but also your history, family dynamics and upbringing. These factors can often influence our present day thought life and can shed light into current patterns. I like to end the first session with goal-setting so that you feel like your needs are being understood from the start.
