Lisa Jimenez

Hello, I'm Lisa Jimenez, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-C) licensed in Washington and Oregon. I bring more than a decade of clinical healthcare experience, including inpatient psychiatry, intensive care, acute crisis care, and community health, to every visit. I believe distance should never be a barrier to getting psychiatric care, which is why I founded my independent telehealth practice, Lisa Jimenez PMHNP PLLC. My goal is to offer a safe, welcoming, and culturally sensitive space where you feel truly heard and respected. As an enrolled tribal member of the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma, I am committed to expanding access to psychiatric care for Native patients and families.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations with personalized medication management for patients age 8 or older. I partner with my clients to treat anxiety, depression, bipolar or other mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and psychotic disorders, including schizophrenia. My approach is trauma-informed, grounded in careful, thoughtful medication management. Whether you are managing long standing symptoms or going through a difficult life transition, we will work together toward an individualized plan that supports your long-term well-being.

Your first visit is a full evaluation. We'll talk through your history, your current symptoms, and what you want to change. If medication makes sense, we'll go over the options, the benefits, and the possible side effects together, and starting medication is always your decision. Before we finish, we'll agree on a plan and schedule your follow-up. My aim is a calm, private place to be heard, with clear next steps and care that fits your life.
