Great to meet you!

When anxiety, grief, trauma, or ongoing stress begin affecting your sleep, relationships, and overall wellbeing, it can feel exhausting trying to manage everything on your own. I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, stress management challenges, and sleep related concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, carrying the weight of difficult experiences, struggling with major life transitions, or finding it difficult to regain a sense of balance and peace. Whether you're coping with trauma, loss, chronic stress, relationship challenges, or emotional burdens that have built up over time, therapy can provide a supportive space to process your experiences and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you strengthen resilience, improve emotional wellbeing, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful healing begins with understanding the experiences, emotions, and patterns that influence how we navigate life's challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients recognize their strengths while developing practical tools for lasting growth. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health and clinical practice, I create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support meaningful change. Together, we may explore anxiety, PTSD, grief, stress management, sleep difficulties, depression, bipolar disorder, family issues, trauma, diabetes related challenges, chronic health concerns, and emotional regulation. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful progress in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, compassionate, and judgment free environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where honest conversations lead to greater self awareness, emotional healing, and meaningful personal growth. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, improved emotional regulation, greater confidence, stronger resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, sleep concerns, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, grounded, and equipped to move forward with greater balance, stability, and wellbeing.
