Great to meet you!

I authentically want to do the work with my clients and show up ready to listen and explore what is under the surface. I take pride in creating a safe, nonjudgemental environment so there is space to be real and vulnerable. I take it at your own pace but also want my clients to see progress and feel better. I am invested in the process and expect you to be as well. I honestly believe my clients are the experts of their own lives and just need support and to build insight to get to where they want to go. I have decades of experience working with adolescence and adults. I am trained in art therapy and work with a lot of creative types, I specialize in anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, and grief.

My approach to therapy

I take a strengths approach to therapy. I like to focus on where my client is at on their journey towards change, I meet them where they are at, and structure my interventions to align with my client's readiness to change. As long as my client is invested in the process change will happen.

What you can expect from me

The hope is that everyone I meet with walks away feeling heard, seen, validated, and hopeful.
