Great to meet you!

Brave One:

Coming to therapy is a courageous effort! My initial task is to create a therapeutic alliance that affirms you reached out at the right time and hope is possible! This journey we take together won't always be easy but with 15 years experience, working in many areas of behavioral health including forensics, inpatient medical and psychiatry, outpatient, consulting, substance abuse and private practice, you're in good hands. I bring a wealth of life experience that goes a long way too!

My approach to therapy

I'm a professional therapist who isn't fixated on fitting you into a diagnostic criteria or labeling you to walk in that kind of identity; but more interested in your personal goals and healing! Usually, much of the struggles clients experience are related to coping and reframing their thoughts! That's why I prefer Christian Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my primary approach. My job is to help you become a better YOU...through the renewing of your mind!

What you can expect from me

Be ready to work hard on YOU and have a journal ready! Let's roll up our sleeves and get to it!
