Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Lisa! I'm a therapist working with teens and adults, specializing in ADHD and Autism assessment, trauma-focused therapy, and support for anxiety, depression, betrayal trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I integrate Brain spotting, Somatic awareness, ACT, DBT, and IFS to help clients reconnect with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Clients describe my presence as calm, steady, and compassionate. I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to this work, creating a space where people feel genuinely understood, supported, and capable of meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and practical. I help clients understand what's happening in their nervous system, process experiences safely, and build skills that support long-term resilience. Sessions blend deep therapeutic work with actionable tools — with a focus on emotional clarity, self-trust, and sustainable coping strategies.

I tailor each session to the individual, weaving together somatic and experiential methods with structured, evidence-based practices to meet you where you are.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down, feel grounded, and get a clear sense of direction. You'll have space to share what's bringing you in — without any pressure to tell your whole story at once. I'll ask thoughtful questions to understand your goals, strengths, and what feels most urgent right now.

You'll also get a feel for how I work and the approaches we may explore together. Most clients leave their first session feeling heard, less overwhelmed, and more hopeful about the path ahead.
