Great to meet you!

My love for people is at the heart of what I do. I have over 10 years of experience helping adults and couples in crisis. I am a trauma-informed therapist.

My approach to therapy

Let me come alongside you on your journey, to empower you and encourage you- we were never meant to do it alone. I am a trauma informed brain-spotter. I have experience working with childhood and other traumas, couples and veterans. I have worked extensively with folks with depression, failure to launch, anxiety and those in recovery. Christian counseling is available as well.

What you can expect from me

I often use a variety of modalities in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. With IFS we can explore the different "parts" of you. I can also facilitate brainspotting as a way to help process difficult memories.
