Great to meet you!

Are you feeling unheard, unappreciated, or mentally checked-out at work or home? I specialize in supporting clients experiencing burnout, performance pressure, anxiety, imposter syndrome, or career transitions. I provide an empathic and non-judgmental space and understand the emotional toll of demanding careers and interpersonal relationships.

I spent 15 years as a manager in corporate America and witnessed firsthand how success can come at the expense of well-being. I understand the unique challenges professionals face — managing family responsibilities, maintaining relationships, and striving for excellence while feeling disconnected.

My approach holistic, helping people find the connection between their mental, physical, and spiritual selves within their own lives. I am dedicated to empowering each individual to embrace their unique strengths, overcome obstacles, and ultimately live more authentically and fulfilling lives,

My approach to therapy

  • Mindfulness & Self-Compassion: Learn to notice your inner world with kindness instead of judgment.
  • Somatic Therapy & Nervous System Regulation: Reconnect with your body’s natural cues for calm and energy.
  • Evidence-Based Skills (CBT/DBT/CPT): Learn practical tools to manage anxiety, perfectionism, and overthinking.
  • Lifestyle & Wellness Support: Address sleep, movement, and stress cycles that affect mental health.

What you can expect from me

The first session will include an assessment of any mental health symptoms. From there, the client takes the lead on establishing goals they would like to see from therapy. My goal is to provide a safe place for each individual to be their authentic and best self.
