Great to meet you!

Hello! So glad you are here, taking this step for yourself! My name is Lisa. I have a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with an emphasis on Addiction studies. For much of my career, I worked in addictions, legal mandates, and mental health. I love helping my clients find fulfillment and trouble shoot issues in their family and romantic relationships.

My approach to therapy

I start with an intake so, i can gather information with what you are comfortable sharing at that time. From there, we can explore issues and events from the past can result in life patterns and belief systems that may prevent us from feeling fulfilled. This includes processing past trauma and exploring a desired perspective and effective coping skills.

What you can expect from me

My clients typically report reduced anxiety and depressive when submitting outcome measures after starting therapy. Clients tend to have new awareness and behaviors that can be identified and implemented with their current resources and level of readiness.
