Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here. It takes courage to realize we’re struggling and even more so to reach out and ask for help. My goal as a therapist is to meet you where you're at and walk along side you as you heal and learn how to navigate life's challenging experiences. My background is in Social Work and I have been a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for the past 6 years.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable to open up and share the hard stuff. I am collaborative and encouraging in my approach and direct when needed. The primary modalities I utilize in therapy are: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will invite you to share your story and what brings you to therapy. I will also ask you what you are hoping to gain from our time together and together we can set some goals. I look forward to meeting you!
