Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work. I have more than 35 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in a vast array of clinical settings. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of the many challenges people face. I bring compassion and understanding to my work. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered as we work together toward greater healing and well -being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma informed, compassionate, and individualized to my client's unique needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution Focused, Motivational interviewing and a variety of other therapeutic modalities to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, identify their strengths, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgement free space where we begin to get to know each other. We will talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. We will take it one step at a time, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
