Great to meet you!

My commitment to my clients is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based mental health support and strategic interventions that empower youth, young adults, and families to thrive amidst daily challenges. I instill hope while providing a safe and collaborative environment where youth and families can build lasting resilience, cultivate essential skills, and successfully navigate their own unique path toward social and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to each person, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Strength-Based work. For younger clients, I also incorporate Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and Behavior Management techniques. Sessions feel collaborative and are paced to what you and your family are ready for. We work together on building practical skills while exploring the patterns that disrupt and interfere with social and emotional success.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and identifying what you or your family most want to work on. I will ask about your history, your goals, and what has and has not worked before. We will talk openly about an approach that fits, and you will have space to ask any questions. By the end, you will have a clearer sense of next steps and, most importantly, whether you feel comfortable moving forward collaboratively together.
