Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps young adults, couples, and families create stronger relationships and greater emotional balance. My practice focuses on guiding clients through communication challenges, anxiety, depression and life transitions using mindfulness, and CBT with compassion and clarity. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and have worked extensively with children, families, and individuals in both schools and private practice. Recently I have worked extensively with women experiencing trauma using the TFT-CBT model.

My approach to therapy

As a meditation teacher, I integrate mindfulness and awareness practices into therapy to help clients slow down, deepen understanding, and reconnect with themselves and each other

What you can expect from me

I have early morning and evening appointments available to accommodate various scheduling needs. Please give me a call or send me an email and we can talk further. My goal is for you to leave our first meeting feeling hopeful, understood, and confident that you have taken an important step toward your well-being.
