Great to meet you!

A universal truth of living is that we all experience highs & lows. Particularly in those times of suffering, it can be easy to believe that we are alone, that our pain is permanent, and that we lack the ability to live differently. As a therapist, I’m here to empower you to create new ways of being by choosing action & intentionally changing your relationship with yourself, other people, and the world around you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use evidenced-based models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & motivational interviewing as well as practices that draw attention to the body, such as breathwork, mindfulness, & relaxation skills.

What you can expect from our first session

In sessions clients can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental environment that prioritizes their comfort & emotional safety. My goal is to foster a space where you feel heard, understood, & empowered to explore feelings openly. Together, we work to identify & achieve meaningful goals, such as building self-awareness, improving coping skills, enhancing communication, & healthy boundaries. Each session is tailored to their unique needs, aiming to foster resilience, clarity & positive change.
