Great to meet you! I’m a multistate-licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in mental health and trauma-informed care. I have worked with adolescents, adults, older adults, veterans, and current and former professional athletes. I know reaching out for support can feel difficult, so I strive to make therapy comfortable from the start. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, the beach, yoga, traveling, sporting events, and time with my dogs, family, and friends.

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to help you understand your experiences, identify challenges, and find practical ways forward. My style is warm, open-minded, strengths-based, and solution-focused. Together, we can build on your strengths while creating meaningful, realistic steps that support your well-being and personal growth.
In your first session, you can expect to be heard, respected, and supported without judgment. We will begin getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. I may use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed interventions to support healthier coping, confidence, emotional stability, and daily functioning.
