Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, or major life changes. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you work toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, with 12 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I work with clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, stress, depression, and relationship difficulties. I believe every person deserves care that honors their unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

Whether you're working through painful experiences, managing overwhelming emotions, or simply trying to find your footing, we'll work together to identify what's holding you back and develop a path forward that feels meaningful and achievable.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I believe therapy should be tailored to you, not the other way around. We'll work at a pace that feels manageable while building on your strengths and focusing on the changes that matter most to you.

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused therapy. These approaches can help you process difficult experiences, manage emotional distress, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more grounded in your daily life.

My goal is to empower you with practical tools and a deeper understanding of yourself so you can move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll create a welcoming, judgment-free space for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to change, and what has or hasn't helped in the past. You can share at your own pace; you won't need to tell your whole story right away. By the end we'll have a clear sense of your goals from where to begin.
