Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Lisa and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families through a variety of life challenges. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy and believe that to be fully healthy, one must be emotionally healthy, physically healthy, and spiritually healthy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized to your unique needs. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to help you gain insight, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will take time to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges. Together, we will begin creating a plan that supports your personal growth and well-being.
