Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who takes a warm, supportive and person-centered approach to therapy. I believe in meeting you where you are and creating a space where you feel truly heard, understood and respected. I work with adults and specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, professional burnout and career-related challenges. I also have experience supporting clients with LGBTQ+ and women’s issues, as well as those navigating the mental health aspects of GLP-1 use. My goal is to help you feel supported while also making meaningful, lasting progress.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, collaborative and goal-oriented. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and my role is to support, guide and challenge you in a way that feels safe and empowering. I tailor each session to your individual needs, combining warmth and compassion with practical tools and strategies to help you build insight and create real change. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you while keeping your goals in focus.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to get out of the process. We will talk about your current concerns, relevant background and any goals you may already have. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. This is your space and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of the session, we can begin to outline a path forward so you leave with a sense of direction and support.
