Great to meet you!

I work with adult women who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, and depression. Many of the women I see are responsible and high functioning but feel overwhelmed internally. They are tired of overthinking, carrying too much, and trying to manage everything alone. I am an EMDR Certified therapist and National Certified Counselor, licensed in Texas, Virginia, and New Jersey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and personalized. I use research supported methods and practical tools to help you reduce anxiety, process painful experiences, and develop healthier patterns. If trauma is part of your story, we may use EMDR to address experiences that still feel heavy or unresolved. Our work is collaborative and moves at a steady pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe me as calm, steady, and easy to talk to. In our first session, we will discuss what is bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to your current stress. My goal is for you to leave with greater clarity and a sense of direction. Christian faith integration is available if desired.
