Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Lisa and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about mental well-being and supporting people through life's challenges. I have spent all of my adult life working in the social services field and over a decade as a therapist. I have a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for my clients. I bring a deep understanding of cultural dynamics and a dedication to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds. It is an honor and a privilege to be a therapist and bear witness to people's stories and journeys.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. My goal for the clients that I serve is to provide a safe and accepting therapeutic environment allowing clients to explore and heal from emotional wounds. I ensure that our work together acknowledges and respects the impact of past experiences on your present well-being.

What you can expect from me

I believe that therapy is a collaborative approach between therapist and client and starts with building a trusting relationship. Together we will discover strategies to help you heal, learn, and grow. I also believe each individual is an expert in their own life and, as such, I prioritize creating an environment where you identify the goals you want to work towards to address your unique challenges.
