Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist who also serves many non-professional roles; wife, mother, sibling, and teacher, and who has experience with personal grief and loss, I validate and empathize the ups and downs that life throws at us on our journey. With full understanding and compassion, I am here to help you navigate those twists and turns so that you can become the best version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported—just as you are.

My style is warm, open, and ready to help. Whether you’re seeking deeper insight, practical strategies, or simply a space to be heard without judgment, I meet you where you are. Together, we’ll work through what’s on your mind at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My approach is compassionate and solution-focused, with an emphasis on processing major life changes and grief. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused therapy, Client-centered therapy and Motivational Interviewing to support healing in a way that feels both safe and effective.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a supportive, low-pressure conversation where we begin getting to know each other and laying the groundwork for our work together. I’ll invite you to share what’s been weighing on you, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope might feel different in your life. From there, we’ll begin identifying clear, manageable goals and shaping a plan to help you get to where you want to be.
