Great to meet you!

I have been through many challenges and am in therapy and coaching today. It makes me a better person and provider. I am direct and humorous, I welcome partnering with you on whatever life changes and challenges you are wanting to take on at this time. Welcome! I am a LCSW and have been in practice over 25 years. I am particularly passionate about working with women coming out later in life, end of life issues and caregiver burnout.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am direct and to the point, I work with solution base modalities and cbt. I was formally trained using psychodynamic modalties. I am open and honest with my clients and use self disclosure when helpful.

What you can expect from our first session

Many clients have shared they love to work with me and appreciate that I am down to earth, direct and use humor in a loving way.
