Great to meet you!

My awareness of cultural differences and similarities, and my warm and empathic personality, allow me to make a connection with people; to gain your trust in my ability to help you obtain a sense of satisfaction in your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe good mental health is equally as important as good physical health. I am enthusiastic about helping people to achieve and maintain balance in their lives. Primary to my approach is a good therapeutic alliance between myself and the people I provide therapy to. I focus on helping my clients feel safe and comfortable when I am working with you.

What you can expect from our first session

I try to meet you where you are at, by listening and seeking to understand your needs and desires. Whether it be to gain satisfaction in relationships, spirituality, vocation, finances, or other areas of your life, I will work with you to develop and achieve your goals. I only ask that you believe in the possibility that you can find the peace you are looking for.
