Great to meet you!

When life feels heavy, it's easy to feel disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the direction you want your life to take. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, grief, or major life transitions—and unsure of how to move forward.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving adolescents and adults in Florida and New Jersey, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll identify what's contributing to your struggles, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences that may be contributing to your current challenges while identifying strengths that support growth and healing.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, REBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, grief, or life transitions, we'll focus on practical strategies that create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brought you to therapy, and begin building a foundation for meaningful work together. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident, resilient, emotionally balanced, and connected to the life you want to create.
