Great to meet you!

Therapy can give you space to understand what you're feeling, work through what has happened, and figure out what you want moving forward. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family challenges, grief, stress, and difficult life transitions. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

My style is warm, open-minded, and practical. I’ll help you better understand the patterns affecting your emotions and relationships, build on the strengths you already have, and develop tools that make a difference outside of therapy too. Together, we'll focus on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and equipped to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel understood but also have a clear sense of where you're going. We'll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences shaping what you're going through while identifying practical ways to create change.

I draw from CBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, REBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, adapting our work to your individual needs. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, family or relationship challenges, grief, or life transitions, we'll focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and helping you feel more confident moving forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect warmth, honesty, compassion, and practical support. I’ll meet you without judgment while also helping you look at patterns, beliefs, or behaviors that may no longer be serving you. You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what to say or where to begin.

Together, we'll create goals that matter to you and move at a pace that feels supportive while still making progress. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself, with tools and insight you can continue using long after our sessions.
